2010 has been an amazing year for ACAP’s Youth Services Division. We celebrate many accomplishments such as:

- Piloting our Youth Transition Program in Alameda : 40 youth ages 16-21 were touched by our program through the Blueprint for Success Workshops
- Placing 86 youth ages 15-19 in our Summer Youth Employment Program with 10 getting hired after the summer
- Officially celebrating the opening of our third Employment Training Academy – Tri-CETA at Newpark Mall joining our BETA location at Bayfair Mall and SETA location at Southland Mall
- Bidding farewell to 14 committed Heart of Eden AmeriCorps members who served 427 youth and welcoming 17 for the new program year
- Graduating 35 youth who received their high school diploma at the Castro Valley Library for our GED Program (200+ have registered this year!)
- Debuting ACAP Youth Services website at www.acapyouthservices.weebly.com.
- Recognizing 24 youth who took part in three Youth-Led special projects: PHAT (Peer Health Advocate Team), public relations internship setting up social networking sites and our Youth Leadership Council
