Youth Leadership Council
The YLC's mission is to encourage youth to discover their personal strengths and values in order to become leaders in their personal lives as well as promote change within their community's. This is accomplished through service learning projects, self esteem building based modules, peer bonding activities and educational planning. Members of the YLC are selected through a peer interview process and pledge to be positive role models in their community, and are committed to adhering to the YLC's core values: Leadership, Community, Integrity, and Education.
